RouteMax Dispatch LLC makes commercially reasonable efforts to identify and negotiate freight opportunities for its clients. However, we do not guarantee:

- Carrier profitability.
- Continuous work opportunities.
Freight availability depends on market conditions, customer demand, equipment type, carrier qualifications, geographic location, and other factors beyond our control.
Client Responsibilities
Clients remain solely responsible for:
- Maintaining active USDOT and MC authority.
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation laws.
- Maintaining required insurance coverage.
- Driver qualification and safety compliance.
- Hours-of-service compliance.
- Vehicle maintenance.
- Tax obligations.
- Cargo security.
- Delivery performance.
RouteMax Dispatch LLC does not operate motor vehicles or transport freight.
SMS / Text Messaging
By opting in to SMS messaging from RouteMax Dispatch LLC (the “RouteMax Dispatch SMS Program”), you consent to receive text messages related to your dispatch services, including load notifications, rate confirmations, and service updates.
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. To request assistance, reply HELP. You may also contact us at register@routemaxdispatch.com to update your messaging preferences.
Your mobile information and SMS consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
